Swaziland

Dear Blog...yesterday we got back from Africa. The trip was amazing! I can't even begin to describe how life changing it was to go to a third world country. I'm still not sure about everything but I do know that I am going back and that I am going to find a way to help the people I met.
I will never be able to forget that trip or the places I went, the things I saw and heard and the people I met. I know that this trip has changed me somehow but I don't know how yet.

Cuttlefish... eh... let us not, dear friends, forget our dear friends the cuttlefish... bind them up together and they'll devour themselves without a single thought... Human nature, in'it? Ooor... rather fish nature... So yes... we could hold up here well-provisioned and well-armed... and half of us would be dead within the month! Which seems grim to me no matter how you slice it! Or as my colleague so naively suggested, we can release Calypso, and God-willing, she will show us mercy... I rather doubt it.
